Enquiries by form, email or phone

We process your information to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you need. The form asks for your name, email address, phone number, requested service and message. Your company name is optional. Required fields must be completed to submit the form; you can alternatively contact us by email or phone.

For contract-related enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other enquiries are handled based on our legitimate interest in communication under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where processing is based on your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR applies.

Delivery using EmailJS

When you submit the form, its contents are transmitted to EmailJS Pte. Ltd. and the connected email service. Technical connection data is also processed. EmailJS describes processing on servers in the United States and identifies Standard Contractual Clauses as a safeguard for international transfers.

Optional Google map

The location map is embedded only after you select “Load Google map”. Your browser then connects to Google for this map and transmits information including your IP address and technical connection data. Activation is optional and based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

You can remove the embed using “Close map”. This does not recall data already transmitted. Your choice is not stored permanently on our website. Directions and review links open Google Maps directly. Google may also process data outside the EU.
